All my favorite flavors of summer in a delicious, lighter fruit salad.
The summer heat is here and nothing’s better than relaxing and cooling off with a bowl of fruit salad. But fruit salad is traditionally heavy, decadent, and laden with sugar, not at all helpful for reaching our summer body goals.
I made this version of fruit salad, which is lighter and a bit healthier, but it still has all the Filipino flavors and ingredients that make it an awesome summer dessert or snack. Enjoy!

1/2 cup of pomelo pulp
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tsp coconut sugar
