In this video, I teach you how to make a simple white bean and tuna salad with a zesty dressing, showing that you can easily make a full meal in just a couple of minutes. The beans and tuna provide your required protein and add complementary flavors to the arugula and onions. You can put this salad on the side of a healthy main like roast chicken or enjoy it on its own!
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional)

- Pinch of salt
