What Workout Should You Do?

One of the best ways to stay healthy and active is by taking up a sport. Playing team sports like football, rugby, and basketball along with eating a healthy diet not only help you physically (keeping you lean and fit), they also help you socially and psychologically (develops communication and strategic thinking). But if you're at a point in your life where you have A LOT of weight to lose, even playing a sport every day may not be enough. You'll need to hit the gym-- but where do you start?

Coach Arnold tells us that resistance training is one of the best ways to lose weight. Lifting weights is how you can develop strong muscles and get toned where you want to get toned. Watch the video below for more!

Whole Body Workout:

*weight scale should be failure at the last reps

Three (3) sets of:

15 incline bench press

15 bent over rows (failure at last rep)

5 x 20 second bike sprints

Three (3) sets of:

15 strict or push presses

15 bar bicep curls

5 x 20 second bike sprints

Three (3) sets of:

15 tricep pull downs

15 standing lat push downs

5 x 20 second bike sprints
