Welcome to my new site

I will definitely try and blog more this time around, i already have a couple of post lined up and i took into consideration all your comments from the previous site.

Watch the video and i’ll start posting recipes/pictures/restaurant reviews and any random food thoughts and fantasies that go through my mind.

          good answer!! clever and funny.. good song selection though most of the time not familiar to the songs thanks to youtube, google makes my life easy ”,).. Hope u do cheese recipe, easy but not the typical recipe used to spread in the magazine.. Look great clean & shave.. hoping i am ANN hahahha…. pls continue blogging reading ur blogs s a stress reliever for foodie like me….

        If you season beef burgers before they hit the grill, the salt will draw out most of the juices.

      hi erwan… i just gave birth 9 months ago and i became fat then, till now im not losing any pounds and keeps on gaining… i just feel bad about myself especially when people tells me im so fat, i feel ugly and i thought i must live this way and not go back to the old me… but when i started reading your blog especially ur intro… this change my outlook and i would try to lose weight as much as i could… nice blog…

        You just have to make the decision that you want to lose weight and stick to it! its so easy to discipline yourself in that regard, start today!

I gained weight because of a sedentary lifestyle and overly indulging in foods I knew were bad for me, eating out too often, taking the easy route (microwavable dishes) and not caring what went in my body, before I knew it reached 240 lbs. I lost weight through pure dedication, tireless hours of hard work and yes, food. I cooked my way to fitness, making sure to only feed myself tasty well prepared dishes with all the right stuff, the perfect fuel, taking me down to 150lbs. Of course I indulge from time to time, as the fat kid still lurks inside of me; here you will find a little bit of everything for the sole purpose of sharing my passion for food and life.
